Why this shape, not "pay per analysis"
Most AI products charge by the question, the report, or the minute. We don't. The product is a coach with memory — you're buying access to the relationship, not units of compute.
What that means in practice: heavy users aren't the most expensive customers. They're the most engaged. Each tier opens a class of capability — a different kind of conversation with the engine — not a higher allowance of the same one.
The fine print
- No refunds after payment. Cancel anytime to prevent the next billing cycle. The free tier is the evaluation.
- Annual is the default price. Monthly is available on Coach and Pro at a higher rate; VIP is annual-only.
- Coach is fully self-service. In-app help and FAQ. Email response within 5 business days, best effort, no SLA.
- Pro and VIP support is async. 48-hour email (Pro) / 1-week DM (VIP). No live chat, no phone.
- VIP is by application. The 15-member cap is to preserve founder bandwidth. First 15 are grandfathered if and when intake closes.
- Soon badges mark capabilities that are in active development; we ship as they become honest. The free tier is real and serving traffic today.
